Vincuit à la Ferme du champ bressan
The Friends of Vieux Romenay are organising the vincuit at the Champ-Bressan farm on 7, 8 and 9 October.
Friday 7/10 from 6pm: "plucking" the apples with distribution of a snack, showing of a film by Pierre GAUDRY: "la foire de Pâques année 2000". Bring your knife.
Saturday 8 October from 2pm to 4pm: witness the cooking of the vincuit and the potting.
Sunday 9 October from 2pm to 6pm: sale of vincuit, old fashioned waffles and apple juice. Local craftsmen and producers. Various activities.
