Between 2024 and 2025, Sidonie Dubosc wrote to the rhythm of her upheavals. Like a person clinging to that which brings them to life, these songs have emerged straight from the bowels of grief, becoming refuges, torches, guardians to contain the pain, and have traced a new poetic trail over her life. In it, Sidonie reveals her crumbling heart, her fury and shame, her voracious desire, her loves and losses, in an impudent and hypersensitive language.
Inspired and lulled by Barbara and Clara Ysé, this repertoire on the edge of French chanson, folk and jazz will be making its live debut on 17 May, to mark the singer's 30th birthday.
