Mélina and Anne-Camille will welcome you for a day combining horse riding (Alexander method) and yoga to discover your body, your breath and your presence, to yourself, to others and to the horse.

A day consisting of horse riding workshops, yoga workshops and workshops to share our practices.

On the programme (from 8.30 am to 6 pm):

1h meditation & body awakening (common workshop)
1h30 yoga or horse riding (Alexander method)
1.5 hours horseback riding (Alexander method) or yoga
1h exchange and closing of the day (common workshop)

Price: 150€ for the day with a packed lunch

Clothing adapted to both practices recommended (avoid trousers with seams)

Level: no previous experience necessary

Public: from 16 years old
