Appointment for 2 days with Marlene for a discovery or a fitness trail.

On the programme

Saturday 18th March

8.30am to 9am: Welcome
9am to 10am: Presentation of the course, the trainees...
10am to 12pm: Running: warm-up: principles, exercises, criteria for achievement and success.
Exercises to improve the stride. Work with the difference in altitude
2pm to 3pm: Indoor: the principles of training "How to build your session
3pm to 5pm: Proprioception, athletic training, muscle strengthening, stretching, relaxation

Sunday 19th March

8.30am to 9.30am: Equipment, nutrition (principles and advice)
9.30am to 12pm: Running: Fractional, work intensity, different forms of exercise, understanding technical difficulties
2pm to 3pm: Objectives, establishing a programme
3pm to 5pm: Continuation of muscle strengthening work, stretching, recovery...

Coach :
Marlène is a qualified PE teacher and has a 1st and 2nd degree state certificate in swimming, CAFFA (certificate of aptitude for the functions of academic trainer) and a master's degree in STAPS with a specialisation in education and motor skills.

Several years of intensive practice in triathlon and duathlon (national level, 5th place in the French long distance championship and victory in several triathlons, duathlon championship in division 1 by team, victories in aquathlon, 3rd in the Sainte Lyon race, victory in the challenge des trails de l'Est). Inter-regional level in swimming and orienteering.

Possible supplements: 15€ per meal for lunch and dinner, 45€ per night at the domain
