On the programme:

Saturday 17th June
8am-9am: Welcome of the participants (Possibility to arrive on Friday)
9-10am: Presentation
10am: Start of the hike
12h : Lunch break
2pm : Continuation of the hike
16h : Return to the Domaine
5pm : Hatha yoga session in a gentle and conscious way
18h : Free time
7pm : Evening meal at the Domaine
8:30 pm : Screening of the 22 min film (A woman around the world
on foot) & Debate
(open to the public)

Sunday 18th June
8-9am: Meditation
9-10am: Mindfulness breakfast
10am: Gentle, mindful Hatha yoga session
11am: Free time, release of rooms
12pm: Lunch at the Domaine
2pm: Mindfulness walk
4pm: Return to the Domaine, sharing around a snack
5pm: End of the course

Prices: 290€ for 2 days with full board
(Room for 2, supplement of 30€ per night for a single room)
for a single room) - Possibility to register for the day (110€ half board)
