"Gourmet Tuesdays at the Tourist Office: Brasserie Mala Mana. During this visit, play the role of apprentice brewer by following the explanations of the craftsmen. Learn about brewing techniques, the cereals used and the Mala Maña beer-making process. At the end of the visit, you can sample three of their own beers in their shop.
