The country's heritage reflects the know-how and commitment of those who came before us: landscapes shaped by man, buildings and interiors marked by the life and industry of our ancestors. To appreciate them, it's essential to know and understand them. The Journée des Moulins et du Patrimoine de Pays is the perfect opportunity to discover and celebrate our vernacular heritage.
Art exhibition: all weekend long, discover the exhibition of original and varied creations inspired by the theme of salt, created by 190 pupils from 11 classes in Bresse Bourguignonne.
Guided tours: throughout the weekend, take advantage of guided tours to explore the fascinating process of turning cereals into flour.
Meet the millers (Sunday, 2-6pm): the millers from the Moulin de Ménetreuil will be on hand to share their secrets about this exceptional 17th-century building.
