Khaled Miloudi - Cie Pièces & Main d'Oeuvre
Former bank robber Khaled Miloudi spent over 22 years in prison.
Through his painful and passionate poetry, he tells his story, the story of the violence he endured, then passed on with the ardour and brilliance of those who are mad to live, mad to be saved, and who embark on life as one would embark on a battlefield. In the midst of his mortifying imprisonment, in the despair and pain of being far from his children, words burst forth: "They burst forth like a cry". Words saved her life. His code of honour demands that he recognise what he owes them.
So he set about writing his autobiography from his cell, without complacency.
Les couleurs de l'ombre will be published in 2022 by Équateurs.
