This year, Domaine des Éveils will be the backdrop for the FIDHY congress, a major event for all yoga enthusiasts. The theme of the event is "Sauca, purity in yoga". The FIDHY is offering four days of yoga practice, guided meditations and conferences with our experienced instructors (Jacques Vigne, Swami Krishnaprem, Anne Breuer, Andrea Farina, Sohana Guiglionda, Sreemati, Samuela and Alessandro). There will also be an area where books useful to your practice will be presented.
