Nestled in a peaceful, secluded location on the edge of a small reed-lined pond (home to frogs), it sits on a tranquil, enclosed 8000m² property, landscaped with trees, flowers, and greenery. Classified as an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge, the property is largely maintained using environmentally friendly methods (sustainable mowing and wildflower planting). A peaceful farmyard of geese, hens, and a rooster roam freely, creating a "micro-farm" atmosphere.
