Motorbike enthusiasts Marianne and René, originally from German-speaking Switzerland and Burgundians by adoption, open their doors to welcome friends, groups and families, as well as enthusiasts of all types of vehicles.
Marianne and René live 30 metres from the house and offer to rent all or part of it.
The charming traditional 19th century Bresse farmhouse (with its typical brick and wood architecture perfectly preserved), steeped in history and carefully restored from a stable.
Total peace and quiet in the countryside, slightly out of the way of a small, peaceful rural hamlet, in a soothing rural and agricultural setting, right on the edge of fields and meadows.
With an idyllic pond and the little river Briant running alongside the property.
3 km from the charming, typical market town of Mervans (with its rare 14th-century Renaissance church with its twisted bell tower and its remarkable 16th-century "Maison des Arcades", small market on Friday mornings) and the large fishing pond on the way to Pierre-de-Bresse.
The surrounding area offers a very relaxing and restful atmosphere - an oasis of peace, calm and tranquillity. Charolais cows live here as neighbours, and you have the rare privilege of observing wild animals standing in the 800-metre-long natural hedge or wandering through the meadow.

Two bedrooms on the first floor (each with a double bed 160x200cm) with private bathroom (shower/WC). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with free access to the terrace and a dining table for eight. This is often where the tables of large groups gather.
In the second part, "Les Mervandiaux", there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (each with a 160 x 200 cm double bed) and 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm, 2 of which are bunk beds).
Together they share a bathroom with shower and WC.
