Passionate about motorcycling and travel, Jacqueline and Bernard (endurance championship rider, the first foreigner to cross the Umlingla Pass, reaching 5832m in the Himalayas, on the highest motorable road in the world) welcome you to their contemporary house (built in 2001), nestled in the peaceful Bresse countryside (classified as a ZNIEFF for its rich fauna and flora) on a 1.6-hectare property adorned with a vast, bucolic, wooded meadow, in the heart of a quiet, typical little village, a stone's throw from the remains of a historic feudal motte. This idyllic, unspoiled setting overlooks meadows at the edge of a small wood, in the gentle Seille Valley (a short walk from its fish-filled river which flows below the property), a large part of which is protected as a Natura 2000 site for its exceptionally rich ecosystems. Very comfortable rooms nestled under the eaves, creating a cozy, cocoon-like atmosphere. A warm, rustic charm is enhanced by carefully curated, vintage-inspired décor. Full of character.
