Boasting numerous amenities and a remarkable level of sports and leisure facilities (including a fun multi-activity area with a sports field, skate park, children's playground, etc., located just steps away) and two stocked fishing ponds (one catch-and-release carp pond and one with a fitness trail), Saint-Germain-du-Bois also benefits from a peaceful surrounding agricultural and natural setting, a gentle, unspoiled countryside of meadows, rivers, and forests. This spacious and comfortable gîte features a large living area with impressive proportions. A warm, bourgeois charm with contemporary touches, luxurious and refined, enhanced by meticulous heritage restoration (woodwork, cement tiles, French-style ceilings, molded doors, superb star-shaped roof structure, magnificent original moldings and rosettes, etc.).
