Nestled on a panoramic promontory in the heart of the gentle, preserved Bressian countryside & nestled on the banks of the Seille, a remarkable ecosystem classified & protected in the "Natura 2000” zone (migratory bird reserve, rare plant species, numerous fish, animals & fauna wild...), the village has a 39 km navigable area classified among the most beautiful in France (possible rental of electric boats, pedal boats or canoes on site), a superb flamboyant Gothic church from the 16th century, a naturalist museum with very famous planetarium ("Centre Eden”) & offers a breathtaking view of the Bresse plain with the Jura mountains in the background.
