Quiet residential hamlet nestled in the countryside on the banks of the Doubs (paradise for kayakers and fishermen for its famous catfish, zander or carp / beach at 200m), within a remarkable ecosystem classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" rich in numerous rare plant and bird species (river and ponds). A true haven of peace, literally relaxing and restful. Superb preserved natural and rural setting. Comfortable rooms. Warm, contemporary country style. Spacious and comfortable bathrooms. Large balcony-terrace in a sheltered gallery. Lovely natural property of 1ha, with a beautiful above-ground swimming pool (7x4m), fitted out in a "micro-farm” spirit with its henhouse, its "Mabrouk” goat (parked in its enclosure), its orchard and vegetable garden ( the promise of fresh eggs & homemade fruit for breakfast!).
