Calm & tranquility in the heart of a small rural hamlet nestled in the countryside, on the edge of meadows & forest, a stone's throw from the commercial village of Saint-Usuge nestled on the banks of the Seille, a remarkable ecosystem partly classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" (migratory bird reserve, rare plant species, many fish including the famous catfish, animals and wildlife, etc.). Great comfort. Large living room & rooms with noble dimensions. Warm contemporary country character enhanced by careful heritage restoration (beams, majestic frame farm, brick wall & original timber-framed walls). Cozy & zen atmosphere, bathed in a soft sobriety.
