The Eden Centre, a cultural site run by the Saône-et-Loire department, is presenting La nature, tout un art, an exhibition combining nature and art.
From cave art to contemporary works, nature plays a central role in art.
The finesse of a hand, the fantasy of a shape, the alchemy of colour, the softness of light, the imprints of time on matter, the ephemeral...
Nature has always questioned us, amazed us and soothed us.
Nature is also a source of inspiration and a means of developing our creativity. The artistic perception of nature can arouse an emotion, a feeling and even an awareness.
Nature and art have the power to interact and dialogue.
Through land art, sculpture, drawing, photography and street art, all of which use nature as a material and support for their work, the Nature is Art exhibition is a chance to slow down, question, share, contemplate and why not... create!
Throughout the 2023 season, you'll be able to take advantage of Renc'art Nature, a series of events designed to help you spend some creative time with nature.
