The Eden Centre, a cultural site run by the Department of Saône-et-Loire, is hosting naturalist photographer Julien Arbez. He will be showing you authentic images and telling you stories to immerse you in the fascinating world of animal communication.
Discover how, in the forests of the Jura, the capercaillie shows off its best feathers to win over visiting females, the female lynx calls out to a roaming male with a resounding roar, and the badger marks the boundaries of its territory with its distinctive scent.

Julien Arbez is a passionate nature photographer specialising in wildlife. He discreetly captures rare moments to reveal the little-known beauty of animals in their natural environment. Through his images and his stories, he shares a sensitive view of nature and is committed to its preservation. As an author and speaker, he works with conservation organisations and cultural institutions.
