Aux Jardins Célestes
Aux Jardins Célestes has been operating in the commune of Montret since April 2023, and has been certified organic since its creation.
Growing 40 species of vegetables over a surface area of 4,000 m² outdoors and 320 m² in a cold greenhouse, Nicolas and Nelly run the farm without ploughing or spraying, the main principle being to respect the local flora and fauna by limiting the use of plastic products as far as possible and tending towards market gardening practices using living soil (MSV).
The produce is also available in a number of specialist shops in the Bresse-Burgundy area.
Come and discover the wide variety of vegetables produced, including chioggia beetroot, cocktail and chocolate peppers, 5 varieties of aubergine, different colours of tomato and many other curiosities!
