In the hollow of a magnificent preserved rural and natural territory, between groves, ponds, meadows, rivers and forests. Very comfortable cottage. Pleasant and warm. Very spacious. Beautiful living room. Large, carefully landscaped garden with flowers. Many shops on site (grocery store, bakery, restaurant-bar). Composition of the gîte: Detached house on 2 floors. Wireless. Ground floor: professional kitchen, adapted living room 32 p., Double living room (relaxation area + living room / TV), 1 disabled room (1 double bed 140x190cm) with private bathroom (shower / wc), 1 separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (each: 4 single beds 90x190cm) with private bathroom (shower / wc), 3 bedrooms (each: 2 single beds 90x190cm), 1 independent bathroom (shower), 1 independent toilet. Land + private parking (+ public in front of the gîte). Body of water for biological bathing at 500m. Fishing pond and shops on site. Station 10 km. For reservations, contact us on the following days & times: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 to 5:30 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
