From Saturday 25 to Sunday 26 February 2023
Appointment for 2 days with Marlene for a discovery or a fitness running.
On the programme
Saturday 25th February
8.30am to 9am: Welcome
9am to 10am: Presentation of the course and the trainees
10am to 12pm: Running: warm-up: principles, exercises, criteria for achievement and success.
Exercises to improve the stride, athletic training.
2pm to 3pm : Indoor : principles of training " How to build a session ".
3pm to 5pm: Muscle strengthening, proprioception, stretching, relaxation
Sunday 26th February
9am to 11am: Running: Fractional, work intensity, different forms of exercise
11am to 12pm: Feedback on the session
2pm to 3pm: Objectives, establishing a programme
3pm to 5pm: Continuation of muscle strengthening work, stretching, recovery
Coach :
Marlène is a qualified PE teacher and has a 1st and 2nd degree swimming certificate, CAFFA (certificate of aptitude for academic training) and a master's degree in STAPS (education and motor skills).
Several years of intensive practice in triathlon and duathlon (national level, 5th place in the French long distance championship and victory in several triathlons, duathlon championship in division 1 by team, victories in aquathlon, 3rd in the Sainte Lyon race, victory in the challenge des trails de l'Est). Inter-regional level in swimming and orienteering.
