Cie Amphigouri / Theatre and masks
Yutta Christensen, a literature researcher, passionately explains her eight years of research into a little-known play by the great playwright Bertold Brecht.
To better tell the story, she puts on the characters one by one, using her masks.
They come to us with humour, strength and emotion, telling us their point of view on the fable of "The Good Soul": in an imaginary China, the gods are looking for the person who will be able to remain good despite the difficulties of life and prove that humanity has its place on earth...
...And two hours will not be too much time for Yutta to take us along, clinging to her story like children, right up to the punchline and its epilogue.
