Sunday 2 April: Medicinal plants
Programme:
Morning (9am - 12pm) :

> Comfrey: recognising it in the garden, harvesting the root in the field and cleaning

> Dandelion: harvesting the leaves and roots, discovering its virtues

> Nettle: harvesting and discovering its virtues

Afternoon (1pm - 5pm)

> Making the different stages of the oily macerate of comfrey
of comfrey and a balm that everyone will take away at the end of the day

> Cooking with nettle: different recipes to discover and making herbal tea

Prices :
110€ for the day (meal included)

Possibility to register for the 3-day course from 31 March to 2 April 2023 (390€ full board)
Ouvertures2 April 2023 from 9am to 5pm.
