Bach Flower Workshop
A day to discover this natural method based on flowers and trees and to learn the basics to use them yourself:

Friday 31 March: Bach Flowers
Programme:
Morning (9am - 12pm) :

> Who was Dr Bach? How did he develop his "Bach Flower" method?

> How do the Bach Flowers work? For whom are they intended and for what?

> How to take the flowers and make your own mixtures?

> Discovering the first 20 flowers of the method

Afternoon (1pm - 5pm)

> Rescue, or "emergency remedy": what is it?

> What is it used for? How to take it?

> Discovering the 18 other flowers

> Concrete examples

> Questions and answers

You will leave with a booklet containing the contents of the day and your own Bach flower bottle that you have made.

Prices :
110€ per day (including lunch)

Possibility to register for the 3-day course from 31 March to 2 April 2023 (390€ full board)
