Katy and Christian open the doors of their property to you and welcome you to an old stable / barn completely rehabilitated, in the heart of the Bresse countryside and very close to the village of Simard. Typically Bressane residence with the particularity of having one floor: a distinction which allows it today to be presented in photo at the Ecomusée de Pierre-de-Bresse! Take advantage of a stroll in the Bressanne countryside to stop at the Private Museum of Thurey and familiarize yourself with the local history through several objects (uniforms, traditional civilian clothes, etc.); then continue to La Maison de l'Agriculture et de l'Alimentation in Saint-Germain-du Bois to discover the tools and technical advances in agriculture. Comfortable and bright gîte with a large, pleasantly landscaped garden with flowers. A vegetable garden with seasonal fruits as well as fruits from the orchard (pears, raspberries and sour cherries) are available to you throughout your stay. Also enjoy the heated swimming pool for a moment of relaxation after returning from a day of expedition! For bike rides, the owners provide 7 bikes (children + adults).
